Design cost control and estimating. Budget formulation and maintenance. Trade quantities for calling tenders. Negotatite Sub- Contracts. Authorise payments of accounts. Monthly progress valuations. Monthly cost/value comparison reports.

04.Builders

Recommend preferred construction techniques. Manage and co–ordinate all on-site construction. Employ Foreman, Labourers, Site Clerks, etc. Engage Sub–Contractors and order materials. Present accounts to Cost Manager for payment and the establishment of monthly project costs.
